2. About the Platform
Tomorrow's Inspiration is a youth outreach podcast and recovery support platform operated by NSEM Limited (Ghana). The platform provides podcast content, recovery challenges, journaling tools, and outreach information. Technology is provided by GlueArrow Inc. (Delaware, USA).
3. Not Medical Advice
Tomorrow's Inspiration is not a medical or clinical service. The content, challenges, and tools provided are for inspirational and educational purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment services. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified health professional or emergency services immediately.
4. User Accounts
Account creation and authentication is handled through GlueArrow Account (accounts.gluearrow.com). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account gives you access to all GlueArrow products.
5. Content
All podcast content, written materials, and visual assets on this platform are the intellectual property of NSEM Limited and/or its licensors. You may share links to episodes and pages, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
6. Sponsorship
Sponsorship agreements are separate commercial contracts between the sponsor and NSEM Limited. Sponsorship packages, pricing, and features described on this website are indicative and subject to the terms of individual sponsor agreements. Verified proof-of-play is provided through GlueArrow technology.
7. Local Data Storage
Recovery challenge progress, journal entries, and other personal data are stored locally on your device using browser storage. We are not responsible for data loss due to clearing browser data, switching devices, or other actions that affect local storage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tomorrow's Inspiration and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
